On Friday evening, unknown assailants opened fire on the Crocus town hall in Krasnogorsk, near Moscow, where a concert by the band Picnic was to take place. According to preliminary data from the Central Election Commission of the FSB, the terrorist attack has currently left 40 dead and more than 100 injured. A violent fire broke out in the building. The Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia has opened criminal proceedings regarding the terrorist attack.
