Athletistic / Hockey. The Tampa Bay Lightning lost to the Los Angeles Kings (3:4 OT) in overtime in an NHL regular season away game. Once again, Lightning forward Nikita Kucherov did not leave the ice without scoring points.
Kucherov scored an assist during the meeting with the “kings”. The 30-year-old Russian scored points in the 13th consecutive game and set a new personal record for the longest goal streak in the NHL.
Nikita Kucherov has scored 123 (41+82) points in the goal+assist system in 69 games and continues to lead the race for the title of top scorer of the season in the NHL. Colorado Avalanche forward Nathan MacKinnon is in second place with 119 (43+76) points.
Tampa has 12 games remaining until the end of the season. Kucherov became the NHL’s top scorer in the 2018/2019 season.
