The world championship starts on April 27 in Lithuania
Coaching staff Ukrainian national hockey team led by Dmitry Khristich named the expanded composition of the team to prepare for World Cup 2024 V Division IB. The application included 44 hockey players: 6 goalkeepers, 13 defenders and 25 forwards.

The Ukrainian national team will begin its performance at the 2024 World Cup with a match against Estonia on April 27. Next, the blue-yellows will play with the Netherlands (April 28), China (April 30), Spain (May 1) and Lithuania (May 3). The winner of the tournament will advance to Division IA, the team that finishes last will drop to Division IIA.
