International Hockey Federation (IIHF) President Luc Tardif told that the Continental Hockey League’s (KHL) decision to extend the season until May 31 concerns KHL policy.
Earlier on Friday, the KHL Board of Directors approved new deadlines for the KHL and OLIMPBET MHL championship season until May 31, starting with the 2024/2025 season. From now on, the season ends no later than April 30.
