Athletistic/Hockey. Chairman of the Board of Directors of SKA Alexander Medvedev expressed his opinion on the fine imposed by the KHL on the St. Petersburg club for criticizing the arbitration.

After the defeat against Avtomobilist in the quarter-finals of the Gagarin Cup (1-4), Medvedev said that SKA had been faced with questionable decisions by referees all season, accusing them of bias.

“This is comparable to the two-minute fine imposed on our goalkeeper Serebryakov in the 5th match against Avtomobilist – instead of a thorough analysis of the situation, including a public debate, and a serious discussion about the direction in which our referee ship is moving, ” Medvedev commented to the Sport24 correspondent.

  • Rotenberg will continue to work with SKA in the new KHL season
