Athletistic/Hockey. Two-time Olympic champion Alexander Kozhevnikov has expressed his dissatisfaction with the constant changes in the limits imposed on foreign players in the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL).

Today, the FHR announced that it will study the possibility of reducing the foreign player limit to five people for the 2024/25 season. This season, Russian teams cannot include more than three foreigners in their match requests.

Kozhevnikov is not happy with the boundary changes and believes such reforms should be carried out before the start of the regular season to avoid uncertainty.
