The match in Magnitogorsk ended with a score of 5:2 in favor of the hosts. Denis Zernov scored a hat-trick for the winners, and Daniil Vovchenko and Igor Geraskin also scored a goal. Anatoly Golyshev and Kirill Vorobyov scored for the guests.
The score in the series up to four victories became 3–2 in favor of Metallurg. The teams will play their sixth match on April 13 in Yekaterinburg.
