It’s hard to believe, but now the regions play according to different rules, because the regional federation itself decides which hockey rules to establish. It really is a circus! If we don’t play by the same rules, what kind of development of hockey in the country can we talk about? I studied the practices of other countries, this only exists in Russia. This is why I think we need to introduce a unified approach. We are ready to submit our proposals to the working group,” Rotenberg said at the commission meeting.
