Athletistic/Hockey. The Athletic reports that a number of players from Canada’s 2018 youth team could face lifetime bans for participating in a gang rape.

Earlier it was learned that several members of the 2018 team declined to comment on the sex scandal. Among them, Alex Formenton, Sam Steele, Max Comtua, Tyler Stenbergen, Drake Baterson, Michael Macleod, Boris Katchuk, Brett Howden.

The Ice Hockey Federation of Canada has already reached a settlement with a woman who accused hockey players of harassment and rape.

The incident is believed to have happened on the day of the tournament victory celebration on June 19, 2018.
