Somehow we played poorly in defense, the goalkeepers did not help us, and besides we were simply unlucky: there were times when the puck simply flew past the goalkeeper and hit the goal. It’s difficult for a team when we seem to be putting pressure, attacking, doing everything to score, and when on the counterattack we miss easy goals. Psychologically, it is very difficult. If we talk about goalkeepers, then you should not think about anything superfluous, it is important to do your job, leave all your thoughts in the locker room and return to them after the match, ”- he declared on the official website of Motorygin of the KHL.
In the 2023/24 season, Motorygin played 28 regular season matches and missed 49 goals, as well as seven playoff games, missing 15 shots.
