Alexander Ovechkin made his NHL debut in October 2005. Since then, the Caps have made the playoffs for the 15th time. DURING this time in the NHL, only the Pittsburgh Penguins reached the Stanley Cup more often – 16 times.
Washington will begin the 2024 Stanley Cup with a series against the New York Rangers. The two opening matches of the confrontation will take place in New York.
