Forward of Yaroslavl “Lokomotiv” Maxim Chalunov will miss the second game of the Fonbet KHL Championship playoff final series with Metallurg.
Shalunov, 31, was not included in the lineup for the second game of the series, which will take place on Saturday, April 20 in Magnitogorsk. After the first match of the series, Lokomotiv coach Igor Nikitin announced that Shalunov was injured and would undergo a medical examination.
Shalunov scored 6 points (5+1) in 17 playoff games. The score in the series up to four victories is 1: 0 in favor of Magnitogorsk.
