Metallurg won both home matches against Lokomotiv (2:1, 1:0) and leads the best-of-four series with a score of 2-0.
— They were very difficult matches. We have to give credit to the opponent, he imposed a serious fight on us, even if we expected it. Everyone on our team fought, blocked shots, fought hard. It’s good to win, but we have to move forward, there are still matches to play.
— Did you expect to lead 2-0 in the series?
– Honestly no. We knew he was a very serious opponent and we were ready to fight. We managed to do a good job and now we must continue in the same spirit.

The third match of the series will take place on April 22 in Yaroslavl.
