Farewell to the hockey coach Konstantin Koltsov will take place in Minsk on April 27, reports the press service of the Belarusian Hockey Federation.
Koltsov’s death, at the age of 43, was announced on March 19.
— The farewell ceremony of the former striker and coach of the Belarusian national team Konstantin Koltsov will take place on April 27 in the building of the indoor ice rink of the park of the same name. Mr. Gorky in Minsk from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., the federation said in a statement.
In the NHL, Koltsov played for Pittsburgh and won the Gagarin Cup in 2011 with Salavat Yulaev. In 2022, Koltsov joined Salavat’s coaching staff and was Viktor Kozlov’s assistant.
