The Ukrainian national team will compete in Division IB
Setanta Sports will officially broadcast matches 2024 Ice Hockey World Championship.
The Ukrainian national team will compete in Division IB. Our team’s matches will be freely available to viewers on the Setanta Sports YouTube channel. Also before the start of the first game there will be an Extra Time studio with the participation of experts and invited guests.

In preparation for the 2024 World Cup, Khristich’s team played a number of test matches. The blue-and-yellows first lost to the second team of Latvia (2:3), and then took revenge against them (2:1), after which they beat Lithuania (5:2) and defeated China (9:0).
The tournament in division IB will take place in Lithuania. The winner of the tournament will advance to Division IA, the team that finishes last will drop to Division IIA. Competitions in the elite division will take place in the Czech Republic and begin on May 10.
