The Board of Directors of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) unanimously approved the quantitative composition of the championship participants for the 2024/25 season, according to the official website of the KHL.
Next season, 23 clubs will participate: “Avant-garde “(Omsk),”Motorist ” (Yekaterinburg), “Admiral “(Vladivostok), “AK bars “(Kazan),”Love “(Khabarovsk),”Barys “(Astana),”Knight ” (Moscow region), “Dynamo “(Minsk), “Dynamo ” (Moscow), “Kunlun Red Star “(Beijing),”Lada ” (Tolyatti), “Locomotive “(Yaroslavl), “Metallurgist “(Magnitogorsk), “Neftekhimik “(Nizhnekamsk), “Salavat Yulaev “(Ufa), “Severstal “(Cherepovets),”Siberia ” (Novosibirsk region), SKA (Saint PETERSBOURG), “Sochi “(Sochi),”Spartacus ” (Moscow), “Torpedo ” (Nizhny Novgorod), “Tractor » (Chelyabinsk), CSKA (Moscow).
The composition of the participants has not changed compared to the 2023/24 season. Earlier it became known that the next KHL season will begin on September 3. The full structure and schedule of the Fonbet KHL Championship for the 2024/2025 season will be announced later.
