NHL playoffs: Edmonton advances to quarterfinals

Last night, the National Hockey League played two games in the first round of the Stanley Cup.

Edmonton became the second NHL Western Conference team to reach the quarterfinals of the Stanley Cup. Just like Colorado the day before, the Oilers defeated their rival Los Angeles Kings with a huge score of 4:1. In the second round, Edmonton will meet the winner of the Vancouver-Nashville pair.
