NHL playoffs: Dallas and Carolina beat their opponents

Two games of the second round of the Stanley Cup were played in the National Hockey League.

Carolina prevented the Rangers from becoming the first NHL playoff semifinalist. The regular season winners lead the series 3:1 and have a chance to book their ticket to the next round on home ice.

The hosts had a narrow lead after two periods, however, the Hurricanes did not want to give up and in the last 20 minutes they pulled off a massive victory.

In the other match of the day, Dallas defeated Colorado and now leads the series with a score of 3:1.
