Agent Shumi Babaev, representing the interests of the goalkeeper Maxime Tretiak said that negotiations are underway with several KHL teams to hire the Russian goaltender.
Earlier, Lada general director Alexander Chebotarev told that the club was negotiating with the 27-year-old goalkeeper.
“We are negotiating with several teams, but it is too early to talk about details,” Babaev told .
Previously, the goalkeeper also played in the KHL for CSKA, Admiral, Dynamo Riga and Sochi.
Maxim Tretyak is the grandson of the president of the Russian Hockey Federation (RFH), three-time Olympic champion and ten-time world champion Vladislav Tretyak.
