Bronze medalist at the 2021 World Cup as part of the US national hockey team Adam Clendening has joined the roster of Kunlun Red Star, reports the press service of the Chinese club.
The agreement with the 31-year-old hockey player is for one season and is unilateral.
Last season, Clendening played for the Finnish Ilves, where he played 45 matches and scored 31 (8+23) points.
In the 2011 NHL Draft, the American was selected by Chicago in the second round, 36th overall. Previously in the NHL, he also played for Vancouver, Pittsburgh, Edmonton, New York Rangers, Arizona and Columbus. In total, he played 90 league matches and scored 24 (4+20) points.
