Athletistic/Hockey. First Vice President of the Russian Hockey Federation (RHF) Roman Rotenberg said that the absence of the Russian team from international competitions negatively affects the level of play of its main competitors.
“Russia’s absence on the international scene affects our rivals. Canada, the United States and Finland are already showing a decline in the level of hockey, as evidenced by their results. We will come back stronger and our rivals will become weaker,” Rotenberg is quoted as saying by TASS.
