According to , the hockey player “Spartacus” Mikhail Maltsev signed a two-year contract with the Moscow club and will continue to play for the “red and white”.
Last season, Maltsev, on loan from Spartak Los Angeles, played 16 matches in the KHL regular season and scored 11 (2+9) points. In the playoffs, he scored 3 (2+1) points in 11 games.
Despite the great interest in 26-year-old Maltsev from several KHL clubs, the hockey player chose to stay at Spartak. He signed a contract that will be registered with the league and begins July 1, when the current deal with Los Angeles expires.
