The Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) has released the dates for the teams’ first home games for the 2024/25 season.
The first to play on their ice will be Metallurg, who will host Lokomotiv on September 3 in the Opening Cup.
“Spartak” will host CSKA in its first home match on September 5, “Salavat Yulaev” will play on its ice the “green derby” against “Ak Bars” on the same day.
Traktor will play its first home match only on September 19, the last of all clubs in the league being the opponent of the Chelyabinsk team Neftekhimik.
SKA will host Traktor on September 12.
September 3 – “Metallurgist”;
September 4 – Avangard, Avtomobilist, Barys, Vityaz, Dynamo (Moscow), Torpedo;
September 5 – Dynamo (Minsk), Lada, Salavat Yulaev, Spartak;
September 6 – Kunlun Red Star;
September 8 – CSKA;
September 9 — Lokomotiv;
September 12 – Neftekhimik, Severstal, SKA;
September 14 – Ak Bars, Sochi;
September 15 — “Love”, “Siberia”;
September 17 – “Admiral”;
September 19 – “Tractor”.
The full Kontinental Hockey League game schedule for the 2024/25 season will be released on June 11.
