Athletistic/Hockey. The Calgary Flames have renewed the contracts of Swedish defenseman Oliver Shilington and Canadian forward Andrew Mangipani.
The club’s official website reports that the new contract with Shilington is for two years with a cap of $2.5 million. Manjipani extended the contract for three years, for each of which he will receive $5.8 million.
During the NHL regular season last season, Shilington played 73 games, in which he scored 9 goals and 22 assists. During the Stanley Cup playoffs, Andrew scored 12 games, 1 goal and 2 assists. Manjipani’s NHL regular season stats: 82 games, 35 goals, 20 assists. In the playoffs – 12 games, 3 goals, 3 assists.
