Now, if Burdasov said: “I will win the Cup for Chelyabinsk” and he could achieve it… But when he just gets 80 million, I think that’s a mistake. There are also divisions in the team. Shabanov received 20 million, Kravtsov – 50 million, and Burdasov – 80 million, that is, some give the result and others receive the money.
Hockey players’ salaries should be within reasonable limits. The level of hockey today has declined. It was high in the Soviet Union – 14 teams, each with 20 people and two coaches, there were not even skate sharpeners. And now, the staff is so bloated, the budgets are so… We have to reconsider all this, which will be fairer. Why don’t many hockey players grow up? Because they are full and full. During the last regular KHL championship, 33-year-old Burdasov played 56 matches and scored 36 (19+17) points. In the playoffs, he scored 8 (4+4) in 14 games.
