Athletistic / Hockey. Former NHL referee Tim Peel criticized the behavior of Tampa Bay Lightning Russian forward Nikita Kucherov at the 2023/2024 season awards ceremony. At the awards ceremony, Kucherov reluctantly and monosyllabically answered questions from reporters.
“Kucherov showed much the same enthusiasm at the NHL All-Star Game this year. He should show respect to the fans who support him and pay money for tickets to see him play. It’s which allows him to earn millions per year ” — wrote Peel on his social media page.
Last season, Nikita Kucherov scored 144 (44+100) points using the goal+pass system, becoming the league’s top scorer. However, the Russian lost to Colorado Avalanche forward Nathan MacKinnon in the voting for the Most Valuable Player award of the season – the Hart Memorial Trophy.
