Russian attacker Tampa Bay Nikita Koucherov unanimously selected to the NHL’s symbolic All-Star team of the season.
Kucherov finished 187 of 187 first-place votes in the right wing voting. The Russian became the first player in the last 22 years to be unanimously selected to the NHL’s All-Season Team. In 2002, Calgary’s Jerome Iginla finished first on all 60 ballots. The Canadian also played right wing.
Kucherov also took second place in voting for the 2023/24 NHL regular season Most Valuable Player Award (Hart Memorial Trophy) and remained in second place in voting for the regular season Most Valuable Player Award according to the players’ union (NHLPA). – “Ted Lindsay Award.”
