Athletistic / Hockey. Stanley Cup winner, Russian goaltender of the Florida Panthers Sergei Bobrovsky shared his expectations for the charity match between the teams of Russian stars from the NHL and KHL. The meeting will take place on July 20 in Moscow on the ice of the CSKA Arena.
“I would like to invite all hockey fans to a charity match in Moscow on July 20. At the meeting at the CSKA Arena today you will see some of the best hockey players of our country. As part of the event charity, there will be an opportunity to help those in need. Come, it will be interesting, it will be cool — the press service of the charity match quotes Bobrovsky.
Most of the proceeds from the charity match will be donated to funds organized by hockey players and event partners.
Sergei Bobrovsky helped Florida win its first Stanley Cup. The Russian has been playing for the Panthers since 2019. He received two Vezina Trophies (NHL goaltender of the season) as a member of the Columbus Blue Jackets (2013, 2017). Note that this year, he was also nominated for the Vezina, but this time, the award went to American goaltender Connor Hellebuyck of the Winnipeg Jets.
