Ivan Demidov was drafted by the Montreal Canadiens with the fifth overall pick. The New Jersey Devils selected Anton Silaev with the tenth overall pick. The Nashville Predators selected Yegor Surin with the 22nd overall pick. Matvey Gridin was drafted 28th overall by the Calgary Flames.
The next rounds of the NHL Draft begin today at 18:00 Moscow time.
