— Yegor Surin is a great talent. Even at the MHL level, it was clear that this player deserved to be highlighted. In theory, before the semi-final with Loko, I had made a separate file on him, explaining to him how to play against Surin.
Egor makes a quick throw, practically without preparation. And this throw is very accurate. And also a good dribbler, without unnecessary movements, he can dribble around his opponent on a handkerchief. Phenomenal concentration on the goal – he can finish and play a pass himself. Good speed, and I don’t see any flaws here.
In addition, Surin is also a provocateur. The best players on teams now often possess this quality. So he hits everyone with his tongue during the match, both the field players and the goalkeepers. As he approaches the guards, he always says something. He even catches trainers! I remember how Atlanta coach Nikolai Lemtyugov promised to throw the puck to him next time.
The fact is that Yegor Surin turns twice from right to left during the warm-up on the ice before the match. And then he brakes sharply at the red line. Formally, he does not violate the rules. But at the same time, snow crumbs splash the opposing coach, who is standing nearby. I mostly stay there, so Surin doused me with an ice shower. In my opinion, Egor should waste less on emotions. For this reason, he has suppressions. But the fact that he puts himself in the shoes of his opponents is 100 percent. In addition, Surin knows how to score and is the leader of the team. Overall, this striker is powerful and strong.

Surin will master the language and he will be highly appreciated at the club, Fedorov told .
Last season, Surin played for Loko (MHL), where he scored 75 (27+48) points in 61 games, including the playoffs, while receiving 138 penalty minutes.
