Islanders GM: ‘Tsyplakov is an NHL-level player, we didn’t sign him for Bridgeport’

Last season, Tsyplakov played 76 matches for Spartak, scored 51 points (33 goals + 18 assists) and became the second scorer of the team after Nikolai Goldobin.
