canadian Colby Williams received many offers from different clubs, but only CSKA was in his mind, the hockey player’s agent Andrei Matveev told .
On Thursday, CSKA announced a two-year contract extension with defender Williams.
“Colby did not look for other options. There were offers from other clubs and there were many of them. Williams respects all the offers, but in his thoughts there was nothing else but CSKA,” Matveev told .
Williams, 29, joined CSKA from Admiral Vladivostok last season. For the “red-blues” he played 33 games in the KHL regular season, scoring one goal and providing eight assists.
