Attack Nikita Popugaev signed a new agreement with “Ladoie” reports the club’s press service.
The contract with the 25-year-old hockey player is for two years.
Last season, the forward played 23 regular season games and scored 12 (8+4) points. At the Gagarin Cup, he scored three goals in three games.
In 2021, Popugeav announced his retirement and began blogging, but quickly returned to professional sports.
In the NHL, the hockey player was drafted by New Jersey in the 4th round, 98th overall, in 2017.
