Athletistic/Hockey. Russian Hockey Federation (RFH) President Vladislav Tretyak has announced plans to host a match between the Russian and Canadian national teams in the United Arab Emirates.

“There is an idea to play with Canadians in a neutral country, for example in the United Arab Emirates. It would be interesting. Even if these are not the main teams, but youth teams, up to 20 years old. Canadians are less involved in politics and it is possible to reach an agreement with them. They understand that regardless of the World Cup and the current position of the teams, the main match is always Canada versus Russia. With all due respect to Sweden, Finland and the Czech Republic,” Tretyak is quoted by KP Sport.
