Athletistic / Hockey. The Florida Panthers sent a number of artifacts to Toronto after winning the Stanley Cup in 2024. All will be inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame.
According to The Hockey News, the list included Sergei Bobrovsky’s jersey, goalie gloves and water bottle, as well as forward Vladimir Tarasenko’s stick. Both Russians were major contributors to Florida’s final success. It’s worth noting that the Panthers’ third Russian, defenseman Dmitry Kulikov, did not send any exhibits to the Hockey Hall of Fame.
In the final of the NHL playoffs of the 2023/2024 season, Florida broke the resistance of the Edmonton Oilers (4-3 in the series). The Panthers won the Stanley Cup for the first time in the 31-year history of the club.
At the end of the season, Vladimir Tarasenko joined the Detroit Red Wings as a free agent.
