Athletistic/Hockey. The Carolina Hurricanes have offered Evgeny Kuznetsov to the draft with a view to terminating his contract later, the team’s official website reports. Currently, the Russian forward has a contract with Carolina, which runs until the end of the 2024/2025 season.
Since the 2013/2014 season, Kuznetsov has played for the Washington Capitals, but last season he joined the Carolina Hurricanes. Last season, he scored 24 points (8 goals, 16 assists) in 63 games. Kuznetsov is a graduate of Chelyabinsk hockey, who made his debut in the KHL as part of the Traktor team, where he scored 167 (78+89) points in 251 games.
