“Championship”: Evgeny Kuznetsov to join SKA
The Canadian has played in the NHL before. The hockey player was selected 50th overall in the NHL Draft by the Anaheim Ducks. He made his NHL debut in 2018 and played a total of 212 games in which he scored 87 (38 + 49) points. In addition to Anaheim, he played for the Carolina Hurricanes. The forward also signed a tryout contract with the Vegas Golden Knights.
Comtois won the Junior World Championship (2018) and the Senior World Championship (2021) with the Canadian national team.
