Athletistic / Hockey. New York Rangers forward Artemi Panarin has recounted how he crashed his car into a tree. The Russian hockey player did not suffer any injuries at the time.
“A friend gave me a UAZ: it was lifted, everything was as it should be. And so we drove it. However, in the first five minutes I crashed into a tree. I had no experience then,” Match TV quotes Panarin.
Panarin has been playing in the NHL since the fall of 2015. The 32-year-old Russian has currently scored 781 performance points. Last season, he scored 120 goals (49+71) and was among the top 5 scorers in the entire league.
Artemy Panarin will take part in a charity hockey gala match between NHL stars and KHL stars. This event will take place on July 20 in Moscow on the CSKA Arena ice and will start at 14:30. Note that Panarin is one of the organizers of the charity match.
