Athletistic / Hockey. Forward Evgeny Kuznetsov will not be able to sign a contract with SKA in the near future. On July 18, the 32-year-old Russian terminated his contract with the Carolina Hurricanes and became an unrestricted free agent in the NHL.
“Kuznetsov will sign a four-year contract with SKA, but this will not happen in the near future. Firstly, the St. Petersburg military team must make a series of exchanges, freeing up space for Kuznetsov within the salary cap, which is exceeded, then Evgeniy’s contract simply cannot be registered in the KHL,” – Match TV said citing its source.
