Athletistic / Hockey. Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod forward Vasily Atanasov told which hockey player impressed him the most during the “Match of the Year”. On July 20, a charity match between Russian NHL and KHL stars took place in Moscow.
“I think it’s Panarin. Why him? His throws are usually some kind of madness, I want to throw at least once like he usually does,” Atanasov told Rossiyskaya Gazeta.
The match, which was attended by dozens of world hockey stars, ended in a draw with a score of 8:8. It is worth noting that the KHL Stars, in which Vasily Atanasov played, lost in the meeting with a score of 1:6.
Most of the money raised from ticket sales, merchandise, advertising and sponsorship deals will go to charitable foundations organized by hockey players and event partners. Organizers plan to make the event an annual event.
