The Russian striker “Tampa » Nikita Koucherov was among the 10 hockey players who covered the greatest distance during the 2023/24 National Hockey League (NHL) season, the NHL press service reports.
Last season, Kucherov covered a total of 284.95 miles (458.5 km) and finished 10th in the standings.
First was Nathan MacKinnon of Colorado (483 km), second was Buffalo defenseman Rasmus Dahlin (481.6), third was Mike Matheson of Montreal (475.2).
Kucherov took first place in the list of regular season scorers of the 2023/24 season, scoring 144 points (44 goals + 100 assists) in 81 matches, in 5 playoff matches he made 7 assists.
