Lokomotiv forward Alexander Radulov supported hockey players Vadim Shipachev And Vyacheslav Voinova after their departure from Ak Bars.
This summer, Shipachev was traded to Dynamo Minsk and Voynov terminated his contract with the Kazan club and reached an agreement with Torpedo. Both players played for Ak Bars from 2022 to 2024.
“I can’t speak for them, but if I think as an outsider, then at certain moments I will support them. People signed contracts, played and gave everything on the ice. As a result, this is the situation… The club wants change, everyone wants to do better for themselves. Ak Bars decided to move on without them and parted ways with Vadim and Slava. The question is how they parted ways,” Radulov quotes the Championship as saying.
The new season of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) starts on September 3. On that day, Lokomotiv will play away against Metallurg.
