The match ended with a score of 1:0 (0:0, 0:0, 1:0). The puck was scored by Kazan forward Semyon Terekhov.
Also participating in the tournament are SKA St. Petersburg, Sochi, Cherepovets Severstal and the Russian youth team.
On Friday, Anvar Gatiyatulin’s team will play with Severstal, Mikhail Kravets’ Kunlun will meet the Russian youth team a day later.
The tournament will end on August 29. The new season of the FONBET KHL Championship starts on September 3.
