The Russian youth hockey team lost to China’s Kunlun in a match of the pre-season tournament named after Nikolai Puchkov in St. Petersburg.
The match ended with a score of 7:1 in favor of the Chinese team. For the winners, Chris Wilkie scored twice and Parker Fu, Jayden Halbgewachs, Adam Clendening, Yuri Pautov and Luke Lockhart each scored another goal. Daniil Lazutin scored for the Russian team.
The tournament participants also include SKA St. Petersburg, Kazan Ak Bars, Cherepovets Severstal and Sochi. The competition ends on August 29.
