The match took place in Prague and ended with a score of 3:1 (0:0, 1:1. 2:0) in favor of New Jersey. Seamus Casey, Paul Cotter and Timo Maier scored for the winners. Tage Thompson scored for Buffalo.
On Friday, New Jersey beat Buffalo (4:1) in the opening match, which also took place in the capital of the Czech Republic.
The teams will play their next matches on October 10 at home. New Jersey will host Toronto, Buffalo will play Los Angeles.
