St. Petersburg forward SKA Evgeny Kuznetsov answered the question of when we can expect his return to the ice after an injury.
Previously, it was reported that Kuznetsov would be out for about two months due to an injury sustained in the match against Severstal Cherepovets on September 27. On Monday, SKA coach Roman Rotenberg said the striker would return to action in the near future.
— When can we expect you on the ice?
– As allowed by doctors. My job is to play hockey. As a player you want to get out faster, but there are doctors who decide and who are responsible. I try to obey and, probably, jump ahead of schedule. But on the other hand, you also have to trust those you work with. Plus, I am so used to the fact that the team doctor can be trusted,” Kuznetsov said on the Zenit basketball team’s website.
