Defender “Sochi » Maxim Fedotov told how much he paid to rent a one-room apartment in Sirius.
Fedotov moved to Sochi in the offseason following a swap deal between the Black Sea club and SKA. In the current regular season, the 22-year-old defender scored 3 (0+3) points in 11 matches.
— How did you resolve the housing problem with your brother?
— Ilyukha found options and we rented apartments in a nearby residential complex. There weren’t really any two-room apartments there. We each took one. Now my parents and my sister came to visit us, we missed them. The younger brother simply did not survive. He’s from Moscow now, he plays in “Red Machine”. We will not see you again until we arrive in Moscow.
– How come there were no two-room apartments? Is there such a rush for rentals even in the fall?
“And here, during the season, it makes no sense to take two-room apartments when the price is twice as high. Yes, we are in one-room apartments. My body is “lemon”, Ilyukha’s is “orange”. There is such a design concept that each house in the residential complex is like a fruit. We pay 80,000 rubles in rent. Prices have already fallen since the end of year holidays. Much cheaper than in St. Petersburg, where we rented expensive accommodation.
—What are you doing here on your day off?
— Now we spend time with our parents. They went to the beach, we went to the restaurant with them to eat. After the match with Yarik (Lokomotiv – 1:2), we leave for Moscow. And they are there too. Maloy is there, our third brother,” Fedotov told the correspondent.
