Hockey “Spartacus “raised about a million rubles by organizing a charity match in memory of two-time Olympic champion Vladimir Shadrin against Ak Bars.
The Red-Whites press service reported that 912,000 rubles were collected during the match to erect a monument to the legendary striker of Spartak and the USSR national team.
The monument will be erected at Troekurovsky Cemetery, where Shadrin is buried.
The match “Spartak” – “Ak Bars” on Sunday ended in victory for Muscovites with the score 3:2.
