Athletistic/Hockey. The official website of the National Hockey League (NHL) has published a list of the 20 best offensive center players of the moment.
Pittsburgh Penguins forward Evgeni Malkin took 18th place, becoming the only Russian hockey player in the top 20.
“Gino is one of the greatest players of all time in this game. I think he’ll be very motivated this season in Pittsburgh and you’ll see him even higher on this list a year from now,” said Mike Rupp, NHL website analyst.
The top 5 list is as follows: Malkin’s teammate Sidney Crosby is fifth, Leon Draisaitl of the Edmonton Oilers is fourth, Nathan McKinnon of the Colorado Avalanche is third, Auston Matthews of the Toronto Maple Leafs is second and Connor McDavid of the Edmonton Oilers has been named the NHL’s best center forward.
