A press conference dedicated to the launch of the KHL Championship 3×3 project, a new tournament of the Kontinental Hockey League system, will be held at the press center in Novy Arbat on November 18.
3×3 hockey is a new format that is gaining popularity around the world and could be included in the Olympic Games program as early as 2030. And the KHL is the first professional hockey league in the world to launch its full-fledged tournament.
The press conference will be attended by KHL President Alexey Morozov, KHL Vice-Presidents Andrey Tochitsky and Sergey Dobrokhvalov.
KHL 3×3 is a dynamic hockey game: a 30-minute match on a 34×18 meter field, a minimum of touches and free throws instead of penalties. There are no power moves or fighting here, only speed and skill.
